Hi dear Students this is one type of Recommendation letter I ve given to one of student who is now at MIT,US
Letter of Recommendation
It gives me pleasure in giving this letter of recommendation with respect to my student and undergraduate teaching assistant Mr XXXXXXXXX. I have gotten to know Mr Sreenivasa Rao on a professional and professional/social basis. We converse regularly about science and technology and ways of implementing the technology for regular use, where he shows his passion. He thinks all the time and has come up with very good and creative ideas and ways to make them useful for day today activities. One idea that he has helped me develop an algorithm for predicting performance based evaluation of Robotic arms, where he volunteered to do background research. This was beyond his regular research project and the heavy load of classes that he was taking.
I have been closely following his academic pursuits and interaction with the students with a measure of admiration. In his final year of study, he assisted me in teaching several courses to freshers and sophomores as an undergraduate student instructor and also helped me in supervising mini-project works, seminars and symposia. Students are of great admiration and attachment to him. His abilities in teaching lab sessions to the sophomores are reflected in the levels of motivation he could impart to the students. He prepared many freshers & sopohomore students in advanced areas, outside the gambit of the curricula, to write posters and review papers, which were presented in a number of student level seminars and symposia. He himself worked with excellent complement for his undergraduate programme while actively carrying out various facets of academic work.
Mr XXXXXXXXXX has consistently excellent academic record with extraordinary analytical and creative abilities in terms of conceiving projects in new and promising areas as well as solving complex and mathematically involved problems. He wants to pursue graduate work to broaden his insight into emerging and virgin areas to equip him self in the task of becoming excellent researcher. He has all the qualities and capabilities for original research and ideally suited for advanced studies. Mr XXXXXXXXX bears excellent character and conduct and is simple and energetic with initiatives and drive. His communication skills are very good and has a friendly and cooperative disposition. I strongly recommend his candidature for graduate studies and research with a research or teaching assistantship / fellowship which he eminently deserves. I wish him all the best in profession and life. I would be very happy to provide any other information required with respect to Mr XXXXXXXXXXXX .
