• Web application forms duly filled and signed.(DS-156, DS-157 & DS158)
• Original Passport.
• Original I-20 duly signed by the student
• TOEFL & GRE/GMAT/SAT score reports original.
• C.A. certificate.
• Original Bank Certificate with transaction statement of passbook
• Minimum 6-12 Months transaction statement
• Affidavit of support from sponsor’s duly notarized.(Rs.20/- Bond Paper)
• Affidavit by the student duly notarized. (Rs.10/-Bond paper)
• Academic documents :-
• Post graduation convocation certificate A& individual marks memo
• Degree consolidated & individual marks memo’s and convocation certificate.
• Intermediate Marks memo
• 10th Class Marks Memo.
• 2 passport sized color photographs. (50MM * 50MM) (Front Face)
• DD for Rs.4,200/- towards Visa application fees favoring “American Consulate General “ payable at Chennai

All supporting documents like

• C.A. Supporting documents, which include Xerox copies of sale deed ,LIC Policies, NSC Certificates, fixed deposit certificates etc.
• Valuation report
• Form 16 of IT of sponsors or salary pay slip.
• Show evidence for your Liquid cash.
• SEVIS fee Receipt
