VISA FOLDERS:
Hi Guys when you go for VISA the following things may be arranged in various folders
Folder 1:
i. Passport
ii. I-20 Form
iii. Fee receipt and interview appointment given by the application center.
Folder 2:
i. Original mark lists & degree certificates (H.S.C. onwards)
Folder 3:
i. Original GRE/GMAT/SAT and TOEFL score reports
Folder 4:
i. Statement of Liquid and Fixed assets (CA Report)
ii. All passbooks of savings A/Cs
iii. P.P.F. Pass books
iv. Original F.D. receipts / Postal savings passbooks
Folder 5:
i. Provident Fund F. Statement received from the employer
ii. Original documents related to NSC, UTI, Shares etc.
Folder 6:
i. Income Tax returns of the sponsor for the last 3 years (original copies)
ii. Sponsor's certificate
Folder 7:
i. Documents related to fixed assets (like land, buildings and other property etc.)
Folder 8:
i. Relevant and important correspondence with the universities; E-mails to the graduate Directors; Professors;
Folder 9:
i. I-20 forms / admission letters from other universities
ii. Rejection letters from other universities
