4. prime factors of 51(17*3) = 3 , 17
prime factors of 204(17*3*2*2) = 17,3,2
common=17,3
sum=20

WH | WH | WH = total 3.. so 3!..

next.. from WH then can be arranged in 2!..
so there are 3 couples.. so 2! and 2! for the next two couples..

so total = 3! * 2! * 2! * 2! ==> 48
